Group of volunteers in Bayfield hand-sew masks for healthcare facilities

What started as a group of four people sewing masks for Chequamegon Bay Healthcare centers has transformed into a group of over 50.

Over the past 10 days, the group has produced and distributed over 700 masks to local healthcare facilities.

They did so in partnership with Ashland and Bayfield counties.

The group says they plan to produce and distribute more in the days ahead.
