Milder Weather Through the Weekend!
The low responsible of our snow has dove even father to the south. It’s become so big that its now impacting the entire eastern half of the U.S. A couple of things will change for us because of how far south low has tracked. The first is our air temperatures won’t be as cold because of the lack of snow. This means lake effect along the south shore will be minimal because there isn’t a huge temperature difference between the water and land. We will see as much as 1-3” along the Snow Belt region of the south shore Saturday. The second thing is the low is now moving at a snail’s pace because of its size. This means cloudy conditions and fog will likely stay with us through the weekend. Our next chance of seeing some light snow come late Tuesday into Wednesday with the passing of clipper system north of the International border.
