Got dinner plans? What about pizza! Toppers has now opened their second location in the Twin Ports, covering both Duluth and Superior residents.

The community has already been calling, trying to come in, they're excited," says owner, Ryan Tepsa, who says he's just as excited himself. "They've been calling the Duluth store, trying to get food, and now we're able to get it to them."

Tepsa has been working for Toppers for over 15 years, first delivering pizzas in college. He then moved into a couple other roles, eventually opening his own location in Duluth. Continue on the pizza path, and Tepsa was able to open this second location, on Tower Avenue in Superior.

"I'm very excited to have it, it's been a long time coming. With COVID and everything, it kind of got set back, so we're getting rolling here," says Tepsa.

Several businesses, both big and small, were forced to either shut down permanently or rethink their business plans, some of which were forced to let go of employees. But Tepsa says this second location gave them an opportunity to provide people with work, when the economy is struggling the most.

"We're able to hire some people, where others are laying people off. And we're hoping to bring some new flavor and excitement to Superior, in a time where everyone just needs something positive to look forward to."

The Superior location is at 1214 Tower Avenue, and they're open late from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. every day of the week.
