Hermantown & Proctor/Hermantown stay undefeated, Duluth Marshall downs Duluth

Both the Hermantown boys and Proctor/Hermantown girls hockey teams notched wins to stay undefeated on Tuesday, while the Duluth Marshall girls tallied a big road win.

In Hermantown the top-ranked Hawks defeated number 19 Duluth Denfeld 6-3 to improve to 11-0. Zam Plante scored two goals for the Hawks while Simon Davidson tallied two goals and an assist for the Hunters. 

Third ranked Proctor/Hermantown took down number nine Cloquet-Esko-Carlton 5-1 on the road. The Mirage improve to 7-0. Michaela Phinney scored two goals for the Mirage while Keelee Grashorn scored the Lumberjacks' sole goal.

The 12th ranked Duluth Marshall girls defeated the Duluth Northern Stars 9-1 on the road. Maren Friday scored a hat-trick for the Hilltoppers and Anneke Lindgren scored the Northern Stars' goal.
