Health officials in Ontario, Canada report they have received a positive COVID-19 test result from a resident in the Rainy River District.

"The case had travelled to the U.S.A. and upon returning from travel has been in voluntary self-isolation since that time,".a news release from the Northwestern Health Unit says.

NWHU did not share any other details about the case. 

"The health unit is doing follow up regarding the case, as per protocols, including the identification and quarantine of any contacts," the news release says.

A Fort Frances, Ontario adult tested positive for COVID-19 back on March, 13.
