His birth certificate says Jimmy Kellogg. But he'll probably be introduced on "Holey Moley" as Jimmy Darts.

"Throw a dart, stick you in the heart, kill you with a little bit of kindness," he recited.

The Walker, Minn. native is competing on a special love-themed episode of the ABC extreme mini golf game show.

"Right before it started, like a month before the show aired, they're like, 'By the way, is it cool if you're on this like bachelor episode?' And I was like, 'What?! You trying to find me a wife?' OK, I'll make some putts and I'm down to find a wife," Kellogg said.

He said that before the show, he preferred real golf to mini golf. But he embraced the wacky nature of the show.

"They tell me to be as crazy as possible, but they don't really know what they're getting themselves into."

He got in some practice putts to prepare.

"Played a bunch of mini golf, just meditated, just chilled in the presence of Jesus, you know," he said.

And finding love on the links didn't end with him.

"I got a little crazy on one hole, and (the producers are) like, 'Stick to the script! Settle down,'" he recalled. "Basically I was trying to find my grandma a date in the crowd. So I was asking anyone if they wanted to go out with my grandma."

Was he successful? You'll have to watch and see.

"Holey Moley" airs at 7 p.m. on WDIO.
