NAACP handing out masks before & after Thanksgiving

The NAACP handed out masks in Duluth on Wednesday afternoon and will hand out more on Sunday. Free masks are available to the public from 2-4 p.m. at the Coppertop Church, Asbury Church, and Denfeld High School.
