Social Distance Easter Bunny brings smiles to many

A Northland family welcomed the Easter Bunny to their home Saturday.

The bunny stood outside and waved at passersby’s for upwards of two hours. Cars drove by, waived and took pictures from a distance.

Destini Sandlin, mom and organizer said the bunny was a hit with many.

“We just wanted to spread some joy and some hope for everyone. I know everyone is kind of disappointed they can't see the bunny and can't go to school and stuff and so we just wanted to give some hope to everyone,” Sandlin said.

This takes place a little over a week from Easter.
